Pittville Park opened in 1825, and it is the largest park in Cheltenham with a lot of pretty things to look at. Take your family on a walk through this beautiful park, which is on the English Heritage register of historic parks and gardens as a grade II park. Take the kids to the east side of the park, where there is a play area for kids and aviaries where they can see birds and rabbits. Go to the west side of the park, which is more natural and has a small wooded area, for a much longer walk. During the fishing season, you can go fishing in the lower lake. If you want to do something more active, you can go to the tennis courts or the golf courses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Visit the Pittville Pump Room, a beautiful building in the middle of Pittville Park that is home to a wide range of events and activities. It’s one of the most popular places for weddings in Cheltenham, and it’s also where the Cheltenham Music Festival is held every year.<\/span>The Cheltenham Trust made a walking trail to teach people about the history of the Pittville Pump Room. This is an audio tour that people can access on their phones or tablets by scanning a QR code.
